Over the past ten years, over a million customers have purchased ornaments from one of our mall kiosk locations. We’ve led the marketplace in new designs, new themes, and new products.

Personalized By Santa is owned and operated by The Solar Giant, LLC. We operate 3 facilities in two states and employ approximately 40 of Santa’s little elves.
Our Story
I’ll never forget the first time I had to personalize a Personalized Christmas Ornament. We had just opened our first ornament cart in our local mall. We were so excited. I had heard that it was a very good business with high success rates. But we were new to the business and weren’t sure what to expect. Had we done our homework? Was our location good? Did we have the right mix of products? Well, whether we were ready or not, we were moving forward and it was time to open shop. Within a few minutes our first customers began to choose the Personalized Christmas Ornaments they wanted and then… it was time to start personalizing! I suddenly realized something… now I’m responsible for creating a memorable keepsake that families will admire for years to come…ugh! The pressure!
Thankfully, this story has a happy ending. Within a couple of minutes we were producing beautiful personalized Personalized Christmas Ornaments and our customers could not have been happier. As long as the customers didn’t stand over my shoulder and watch me personalize their new Personalized Christmas Ornaments, I was ok. The customers kept coming and continued to leave satisfied. I must admit that when the ornaments were finished I was very pleased by what I had just accomplished. The newly personalized Personalized Christmas Ornaments really looked great.
It’s been six years since we opened our first personalized Personalized Christmas Ornament cart and I estimate that I’ve personally done a combination of at least five-thousand Personalized Christmas Ornaments, Personalized Piggy Banks, stockings, and Personalized Table Toppers. As a retail team we've personalized near fifty thousand Personalized Christmas Ornaments. As a wholesale company, we've distributed over five million personalizable Personalized Christmas Ornaments in the past three years.
It’s very exciting to see how our customers interact with our brand and we look forward to opening our ornament cart year after year. Now we have the capability of bringing the same retail experience from our malls to the online market which is very exciting.
